We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great, as it is close to two big malls and a lot of restaurants. Additionally, it's in city center which made it very convenient for us to travel around. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and we were impressed with the hotel facilities provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

i like the privacy.good security .i like the supermarket that i find any thing i want also the facility available is provisional

i don't like the view .the receptionist they don't give another choisses and the kitchen not completed as arab people and they rent the thing that they give

Fabulous pool for children. Apartments have plenty of space for a family stay.

The hotel felt more like a place to stay for extended business travel, not so much of a vacation destination. It was clean, spacious and the service was good, but it didn't have that "vacation" feeling.

Really there are hotels cheaper and more beautiful I didn 't like the place where he is and a lot of traffic especially near the hotel but it is comfortable for the family apartment is very large

During my recent New Year stay, I appreciated the availability of multiple bedrooms and comfortable bedding in the apartment. the location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby shopping centers and entertainment.

My overall experience was not very good. the apartment was old and had a strange odor.

I really liked it because i can find what i need from the supermarket inside so i'm not going to be sufered anymore...i 'll not forget the lovely swimming pool as well..so i really recommand it for relaxing. Regards khalid s.

although we have booked the hotel, but as we arrived about 15.00 they still have to search for a vacant room for us. bad building - bathroom floor slope was incorrect, water can not drain properly, they should not give us a wreck room like this. very much not comfortable. view of the hotel - the view of hotel is a dutch legiun cemetery - although it is well ordered and greeny - could be annoying for other guests. we did not care so much, but only wondering why is there so good maintained cemetery. off course, it is funded by some netherlands linked fund and there were their heroes although they were our indonesians' enemy. old aircon - air is not fresh - smell of old aircon. ants - dining table at living room is invaded by some ants. bad accounting - as we enter hotel we signed a form listing hotel's properties, as we thought we do not need to check it and the staff did not give us a copy of the listing too - we just signed it for formality. but as we checked out the claim one 'missing' cooking apparatus that we had not even noticed it. we debated and denied to pay for that item. all of all it is not 4 starts four hotel, but only 2.5 stars. they might be 4 starts when they were new, now they are old and not renovated - 2.5 starts should be the stars.

This serviced apartment is a great place to stay if you want to be in a central location next to shopping centers. Just across the parking area, you'll find the Blue Bird taxi pool, making it easy to get around. the apartment complex is located right in casablanca area, and you can enjoy a meal in the food court of the local mall. the cafe attached to the mini-market serves Indonesian, oriental, and Western cuisine. the kitchen in the apartment is perfect for those who prefer to cook themselves.

Some guests have experienced poor service and outdated rooms, which can let down the overall experience.

This is my first time stay in service apartment and I still repent my stay and I had to change to Hotel Mulia senayan. 1. One have to put extra money even if u pay the entire room rent in advance . 2. Ac not working in main bedroom and I cannot stay for the 2 nights I have stayed. #. Living room Ac leaking which made the entire living room fulkl with water untill the cleaning took till 3 am to finish yet ac cannot be repaird. This is my Worst stay ever and I will never go back .

Imagine while checking in, and the reception staff demand that you sign a declaration that all the items are in the room and if they are found to be missing, you will be charged accordingly. Fact is we are not even there in the room yet, how to sign declaration? The room has no coffee/tea making facilities, no internet wifi, and iron board. The concierge desk is also basically hopeless in making taxi / car arrangements and give us the run around and in the end still fail to provide the services. The phone line is barred despite having to pay a USD100 deposit? Overall, this hotel lacks the professional courtesy and service of a hotel operator.

The pool and gym are a highlight and important amenities for me when traveling. being close to a mall for easy shopping was convenient, while the friendly staff added to a pleasant experience.

Some aspects of the room were lacking, such as not having enough kitchenware and limited water bottles. The Wi-Fi was also a downside, with connectivity issues during the day.

I likely because I feel so good way to make reservist ion thro booking and honestly the staff who work there so kind people .
